Order Fulfilment Info

Orders are fulfilled on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you place an order on the weekend it will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders received before 2pm Melbourne time will usually ship out on the same day.
Most orders over 5kg in weight, or orders that cannot fit inside parcel satchel bags will be shipped standard post.
Online orders are fulfilled from our factory in Melbourne.
Tracking details will be emailed at the time the order is fulfilled.
Unfortunately, we do no ship overseas or generate invoices for anyone outside of Australia.
In the uncommon event that an order exceeds our available stock, additional time may be required for processing; we will promptly advise you of the revised dispatch timeframe.

We offer either Auspost Post or Courier shipping Australia wide. Please see the table below for shipping costs.
